I created, I arrived, I received 🏆
Beautiful company in beautiful attire, all united by determination, aspirations, and perseverance. Yesterday, the Magazyn Businesswoman & life Awards were presented, and I too received one:
Leader in Innovation and Expert Cosmetic Formulation.
Sometimes there are moments when you feel a special kind of satisfaction from your work. At this event, many people felt that way, and rightly so - every entrepreneur knows those moments of deep doubt, and an award is a great way to restore balance, regain strength, and set things in motion again.
In the Polish cosmetics industry, there is a multitude of brilliant formulators. I know this because, for obvious reasons, I read cosmetic ingredient lists - and some of them are created with remarkable technological elegance 💎 Whenever I see that, I can’t help but wonder who stands behind such beautifully executed work. Marketing departments and graphic designers cannot dazzle me with catchy slogans on the packaging, because the INCI speaks loud and clear.
If only more formulators had the chance for their work to be appreciated in this way!
In our industry, awards usually go to products or brands, while the true author of the creation quietly accepts congratulations in the laboratory :)
In the context of my award, I call for more competitions for technologists! 😃
