We are a small but specialized R&D team consisting of two junior technologists and a senior technologist as the team manager. We believe that one person’s success is the success of the entire company, which is why we place a strong emphasis on professional development. Each of us leads our own projects and manages our own clients, but when faced with technological challenges, we work together to find solutions and exchange ideas.

History of the company
Countess Laboratories was founded in 2021 in Piaseczno, near Warsaw, with the goal of improving the way cosmetics are developed. We started out in a small space, where one technologist was responsible for product design, formulation, testing, and documentation. However, our ambition was not simply to increase the number of projects — we wanted to grow, strengthen our R&D capabilities, and expand our team.
Over the years, our laboratory has grown steadily and consistently. We have developed and implemented several hundred products, with each new experience becoming part of our know-how. As a result, today we take a broader approach to formulation — looking beyond the formulation itself. We now have extensive laboratory and instrumental capabilities, and our team consists of three people. We have evolved into an ambitious R&D center that combines formulation, research, regulatory expertise, and hands-on implementation experience.
